Why is my religion the only true religion?

Religion is a Perception

THAT our religion is the Only true religion, is only a perception. Mother asked John if he knows the route from school to home. John did not at first. So, mother guided him once. The next day, John was able to follow the route home.

But, is that the only route home? Obviously not!

We have given below a picture that depicts the different ways to reach Eiffel Tower.

Now, we know that we can reach Eiffel Tower by metro, RER, bike, car or even a boat.

But, if we ask John, he will always believe that there is only one route to home. Unless, his mother tells him there can be other routes to home too. 

In religion, we are indoctrinated. Our beliefs are set for life.

Different names, one person; Many religions, One God

I am Robert at school, Rob at home and Bob for my friends. Yet I am only one, not three.

Likewise, religion is a route to reach God. When a simple destination such as Eiffel Tower has many routes, it is obvious that all the religions of the World too reach the same destination.

Those who understand this are beyond the petty squabble and are well on their way to their destination.

The rest of us get into violent fights to prove ours is the only route to reach the destination.
